I don't know about the origin of this bug. I have and had this bug since months. I play an Assassin character that has a student, Wich I'm very clear about how I'm being called by the student (and the world). The student must call me “Master (Name)”. Every other characters, NPCs must naturally calls me just “(Name)”. While my student (Most of the time) calls me correctly “Master (name)” (I’ve made it very clear in her mannerisms, personality, relationship with me to call me specifically that manner), I sometimes catch the other characters calling me “Master (Name)” which is completely out of context since I don't have any specific relationship with them. Other that we are in the same faction.
Oh, another bug but it doesn't bother me but it's clearly here, is that in combat, when my student is fighting, in her “combat dialogue” she always calls me “(Name)” and not “Master (Name)”. She also doesn't respect the way she supposed to talk to me, being to informal.
