warlock spell levels - sub classes, multi classing custom item stats

as a 4th level "pact of the blade" warlock I do not have access to 2nd level spells for some reason. I had them a few days ago, but on this new campaign I do not.

franz creates awesome items, but he forgets what they do and seems to be unable to act on adding modifiers and passive/persistent effects. I've been putting item descriptions into the special commands section and that seems to work. I will post my "work" here.

This is how I got franz to recognize my subclass, and abilities for pact of the blade from peripheral material. I also got him to recognize custom items and several alter egos for my character Sess, I have a street name "White" and an alter ego "Silvershade" to be spoken of in legends etc. Ive crafted a pretty substantial narrative. There is the odd surreal moment where he makes stuff up or completely changes things, but I think im understand how he learns and how he "makes leaps of logic"

btw this is my OC please dont steal it lol.
WORK:

-Due to a pact with an archfey, who made a pact with a devil, Sess carries a sentient dagger he calls "Dirk" in exchange for a growing power. It speaks to and reads his mind. A direct conduit to a Devil who wants his soul. He constantly quips and narrates Sess' actions to himself. Dirk is roleplayed by the "AI DM 'Franz' and talks in rhymes and eloquent analogies. His voice is other wordly and unsettling, to which Sess responds with mirth, creating levity in spite of Dirk's constant attempts to undermine his confidence when he goes against Dirk's wishes or offerings in exchange for amazing powers or fame. Dirk finds Sess' impudence amusing creating an odd friendship.

-Sess is a level 4 warlock utilizing the pact of the blade, here is information for Franz to use regarding the class features, abilities, spells, cooldowns, and all relevant hit die values:

*Improved Pact Weapon

Source: Xanathar's Guide to Everything

Prerequisite: Pact of the Blade feature

You can use any weapon you summon with your Pact of the Blade feature as a spellcasting focus for your warlock spells.

In addition, the weapon gains a +1 bonus to its attack and damage rolls, unless it is a magic weapon that already has a bonus to those rolls. (Franz will do this automatically when Sess attacks, and will say so as he does adds it. it should go into the final number after whatever roll Sess makes, franz should add it into his own reply following mine.

Finally, the weapon you conjure can be a shortbow, longbow, light crossbow, or heavy crossbow.*

2. *Moonbow

Source: Unearthed Arcana 29 - Warlock & Wizard

Prerequisite: The Archfey patron, Pact of the Blade feature

You can create a longbow using your Pact of the Blade feature. When you draw back its string and fire, it creates an arrow of white wood, which vanishes after 1 minute. You have advantage on attack rolls against lycanthropes with the bow. When you hit a creature with it, you can expend a spell slot to deal an additional 2d8 radiant damage to the target per spell level.*

- What follows are items the player and Franz (you) have collaborated on to craft specifically for the player character, sess:

1. The Midnight Velvet Tailored Coat exudes an aura of elegance and sophistication,

a. enhancing your charisma by giving you advantage on Charisma-based skill checks when worn.

b. It also provides a subtle magical protection, granting you a +1 bonus to AC while wearing it.

2. The Hat of Whispered Legends carries whispers of ancient tales and forgotten lore within its threads. When donned,

a. the hat grants you proficiency in History checks related to legendary figures or events from the past.

b. Additionally, once per long rest, you can use the hat's magic to cast Message without verbal components.

3. Ancient Tome Bound in Dark Leather The secrets within grant you access to three new spells:

a. Eldritch Whispers: This spell allows you to whisper cryptic incantations that disorient and confuse enemies within 30 feet of you. They must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be unable to take reactions until the end of their next turn.

b. Shadowstep: With this spell, you can momentarily step into the shadows and reappear up to 60 feet away from your current position as long as it's dimly lit or darker at both ends.

c. Cloak of Shadows: By casting this spell, wisps of shadowy essence envelop you, granting advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks for one hour.

The Ancient Tome also imparts an understanding of eldritch invocations tailored specifically for warlocks like yourself:

d. Dark Pact: Once per long rest, when reduced below half hit points but not knocked unconscious, gain temporary hit points equal to half your Warlock level rounded down.

e. Whispered Knowledge: Gain proficiency in Arcana skill checks if not already proficient; if already proficient double proficiency bonus instead.

4. The Moonstone Brooch, a shimmering piece of jewelry adorned with intricate carvings and set with a radiant moonstone at its center, resonates with ancient magic. Your keen insight into the arcane reveals that this brooch

a. acts as a conduit for celestial energies, granting you advantage on Wisdom saving throws against spells or effects originating from extraplanar entities.
