Upload Images in chat

It would be cool to have a option to upload Image (and possibly Video depending on how it’s optimized) attachments to a campaign chat message, it wouldn’t be something the GM sees simply a thing the player(s) can add. Allowing players to put images (or videos) in a message can increase immersion greatly for anyone even willing to quickly sketch what their character is doing.
