Updates

I play in french and there's no or very bad management of HP updates (We deal or loss no hp until we say so, I want difficulty and realism and I want to die , not to always win battle it's so boring) items updates ( the item is acquired before we actually acquired it, or when we use an item from inventory, it not update the inventory, same with money, everything is free until we say it's not), I want some interactions ( detailed dialogues, Play any mini games with max details,..)
