Unexpected errors across all campaigns

Currently I am getting an unexpected error as a response to all prompts. I have tried this on multiple campaigns and multiple worlds and it is the same. I have tried different browsers and the PWA and no change. I have logged out, cleared both cache and storage for my browser but nothing changes
