Unable to remove Classes or Races inside the workshop tied to old removed characters.

I am personally still having an old bug involving a long deleted characters preventing the removal of a classes and races from my workshop, I have a large list of races and a few classes I cannot remove because of it.

This existed around the time before fables overhauled the narration AI or had a full discovery mode lingering ever since.
