Trade bug

I sold Item i found to a merchant but the gold is not added and whatever i do it does not get fixed

It was 450 gold coins and some gear but it gave me the gear not the coins and it also didn't remove the item from my inventory so I had to throw it out my self but I don't have the coins

And also I gave a follower a piece of armor from my inventory but it gave him something else that I did not have and didn't remove the one I was trying to give him

What should I do?
