Time tracking and "live NPCs"

I’d like it if Franz didn’t just track the day, month, and year, but also tracked how long the player’s character has known each NPC. It might even make sense to create a separate window in the character sheet for this, e.g.

The idea is this: if player has known an NPC for less than a month, their relationship with that NPC can't be able to go higher than the “Friend” level (Or maybe could, but only after passing a series of skill checks.").

Accordingly, at the “Friend” level, e.g., NPC is unlikely to agree to serious ventures, intimate proposals, etc. And they will ARGUE. (Dialogues with NPCs should generally proceed through skill checks. Even deciding which way to go, etc, could involve persuasion if the relationship is small.) The same goes for relationships with levels of "100" and "-100" - they must really play a role and be an achievement.

NPCs are dead right now, just dummies. This is because the models are set up that way. It’s really sad and kind of stupid that developers put so much work into DnD systems, but Franz’s behavior is just like a regular AI. Maybe, guys, should have, instead of new premium models, focused on creating a model for “Players in DnD, not in ** D**geon”?

P.S. I have a pretty good working prompt, but I can’t fix everything with just instructions
