Text to speech not working

Hello, I purchased the starter package & speech to text is not working for all messages and for both players (Safari, and Chrome)

We’ve logged out/into the account, but did not reset. When the speech icon is clicked there is a message to upgrade payment plan - top R of screen, or the payment plan screen comes up . But our plan includes unlimited text to speech.
