Text to Speech Idea

I don't know if it’s possible but I have an idea. Unfortunately, I can't use text to speech, because I'm a non English Player.

What about, you can keep the English voices, but the text remain in our own language which means, for everybody, the voices of text to speech remains in English, but before reading it, the voice auto translate the text before speaking it.

It’s like a video game with only English voice over, but we, non English players, can read the ‘subtitles’, Wich is the actual text.
