Text-to-speech doesn’t work

I am getting error instead of the voiced narration. Text-to-speech doesn’t work for me. Same issue in chrome and on the iphone desktop. Something like Unable to play audio. Didn’t have such issue with another similar app.

And the main reason why I am here is to get voiced narration. So that bug makes the whole app useless to me.
