Tagged entities on lore pages not updated

This is something i’ve noticed recently, and I’m not totally sure if it happens always or just sometimes.

What I’ve seen:

When i change the name of one entitiy that is tagged in a lore page, the name that shows when reading the lore page changes to the new name. But if you click “edit” and look at it, it appears with the previous name.
(and this could be a reason why sometimes Franz mixes names of entities)
