Suggesion(Mechanic): PvP, new parties(new colors for party(aka by me as olor System))

While playing with my friends, I came across a problem like the lack of PvP.
Players are tied to their party and cannot leave, and when trying to harm an ally, even giving bream, Franz sometimes became stupid.
Therefore, it seems to me that in the future we should somehow get rid of the PARTY system, which supposedly all the players are bound together by one goal and all that.
Also for NPCs, during combat the combat is divided into red and blue. There is good and evil, but situations may occur when a conditional massacre is needed (3 teams or 4, green and yellow). For example, in a situation where you escape from prison and call on a monster to help and a fight begins between YOU, the guard and the monster who wants to fuck the guard, and after he deals with him, he will deal with you if you don’t leave.
The simplest option is to allow players to choose a COLOR during combat. A color that will bind to this very team, for example, so that a player can go over to the side of evil, become blue. Or blue may turn red.
