I paid for a 1 month subscription to test this product’s quality. I was happy with the product and after a week or so I paid to upgrade to the Annual subscription.
Your system has given me the annual subscription, but the renewal date is exactly 12 months from the date I took the annual subscription. Your system has not taken into account the time I had left which I already paid for.
Not the world biggest issue, but financial errors can get you into more trouble than product performance not meeting expectations, especially in the American market.
Its worth correcting this before you grow too large and these small errors start adding up.
