Spells awareness and spells uses

Npcs are not aware of their own spells in their Spellbook. Franz don't really read Spellbook. When asked, The NPC will say random spells that they could have, but not their actual Spells in their Spellbook (Out of combat).

Also, I would love NPCs to use automatically their own items and spells (Out of combat). Theirs a lot of spells that are not destined to combat in the game.
