Spell and Post Scrolling

I have two items to address:
1. When you scroll down spell lists—and I have seen this for every class—the spells randomly duplicate in no particular order as you go. For example, I will see four 1st levels at the top of the list, and then as I scroll down to 2nd level spells, those same four 1st level spells are seen again but at seemingly random and sporadic intervals.

2. It would be a nice feature to be able to scroll the post interface (where we type to input our actions / descriptions / etc.). If we right multiple lines, it makes it more clunky and inefficient when we have to use the arrow keys to go back to previous lines instead of just being able to use the mouse. This is doubly problematic on mobile devices since they generally don’t have arrow keys and we are unable to scroll with our fingers.
