Slice of Life Experience and Quests

At the moment, quests are only available in Adventure Mode, which is mostly fine, but I think it would be nice if you could add downtime quests. Little things, like talk to everyone around camp, buy decorations for your home, etc.

Additionally, experience is only gained through traditional means. If someone decides to run a Stardew Valley campaign or something, I think they should be able to gain exp for things like planting and harvesting crops, or cooking good food.
