Shatter rolled incorrect dice, and Franz misinterpreted the results

Shatter was cast against an earth elemental. The target rolled a constitution saving throw as it was supposed to, but it was supposed to be at disadvantage because it’s made of stone. It did not roll at disadvantage and Franz interpreted the roll as a damage roll even though it was clearly marked as a saving throw.
