set portrait prompt for race

When you create a race you should be able to set a standard prompt for portrait generation of how the race looks like. For example if you for example create a race called “dunmer” that looks like a dark elf so you set the prompt “dark elf” and that prompt should be always used when a portrait is generated. Franz might add some lines to the prompt like “male” and “merchant” but the player set prompt should always be used when generating a portrait of that race.
