Sending npcs away then return

You can't send or tells npcs in you party to do a task at the other side of the map, then tell them to come back one or 50 days later. Franz will not remember this. I keep testing Franz and his cohesion, he can't answer who I am waiting for Wich is literally, the npc I ask to go somewhere else and come back to me one Day later.
