Coupling Rolls + GM Response

A lot of times, I will be doing a campagne, and I’ll run out of credits right after the roll, so Franz doesn’t respond. When I go back the next day, he still won’t respond so I have to delete the roll, reroll, or edit a certain response. This is just a small issue, but it would be nice if rolls didn't act like a separate entity from Franz’ response, so they can be calculated and responded to at the same time.
