Rolls for Class then Spells

Hi! I was wondering if we could get the ability to roll for classes then the spells available to them? Then as a world builder be able to change the chances of being able to roll and get that class. I'm building a superpower world with custom ranks and powers and I feel like this could help a lot of other types of custom worlds as well! Thanks :)
