This is happening in every campaign I test it on in Alpha and Live. I noticed it on Alpha yesterday while it still worked on Live, and it stopped working on Live some time after midnight ~1 hour ago. No relationship updates are occuring, and Franz is convinced he’s using the tool correctly.
