Random Errors and Things Just Not Working

For a while now, there has been a lot of things that haven't been working properly and I've been getting a lot of random errors that don't make sense or just show up for no reason. Generating or saving classes and subclasses have been one of the bigger problems, the subclasses not even generating with features most of the time. Here's the most recent example of one of the random errors that don't make sense.
