Public Workshop Improvements (Long-Term)

For the public workshop for those of us that make things public. I think it would be nice, long-term, if it worked a bit how Steam workshop works for mods gaming wise. Mainly letting people not only download but subscribe to items/world etc they like and if the authors updates the main workshop they get a notice that a item was updated and they could choose to update as well or not.

Naturally, VERY minor thing and way down the road no doubt as it’s not critical or something everyone would even use/engage in. Could even toss in other features like user given awards etc as a bonus or just bragging rights etc who knows.
