Narration (Franz) Native Language.

When I used the Spanish (im a Spanish speaker) voice on a Character (npc or main character) the reading or narration es perfect.

But all the dialog read by Franz (even when configured in Spanish in the settings) Is not good because Frans tries to read the text as it was English and mixes some words making it incoherent.

By simply assigning a Spanish native voice to Franz I think this can be fixed.

So when I turned the Spanish language in settings this voice should be automatically assigned to Franz when speaking.
