Monk Martial Arts not working correctly

Franz was having major difficulty understanding the Martial Arts feature for monks. Kept wanting to use strength instead of dexterity for my unarmed attacks, had to keep reminding them to change the unarmed attack to a d6 instead of a d4, and they didn’t understand that “Focus Points” on the character sheet was the same thing as “Ki points”. I had to keep correcting them and while they would understand in the moment, it started to cause other issues in the combat. For example, my character started attacking when it wasn’t their turn, and when I asked why Franz said I had readied an action when I had not. I got numerous errors in combat after that point.

TLDR; Martial Arts skill too complicated for Franz to understand, and correcting them screws up other aspects of combat.
