Login/Registration problems

Had heavy problems signing up. :X
Using Win10, Firefox, I had PrivacyBadger running at the start, then turned it off.

Tired login via email.
- got registration email
- entered username, selected where I found site, accepted conditions. Pressed ok.
- Error appears in top right corner “couldn’t save profile atm, try again later”.
- click again
- reload site, try again
- get another link mail, this time as a “normal login link”, not as registration
- enter key. Nothing happens. I pressed the “resend key” button because I thought that was the “accept” button (didn’t read it first, because it was the only button and nothing happened by itself). Didn’t get another key, but nothing else happened
- went to bug site, tried to write sth. Need to log in again
- same problem? nothing happens first
- disabled privacy badger for both sites (somewhen in between)
- reload site, blabla
- see the “pick user name” again. I fill out everything but not the username (because I forgot).
- submit it. It shows an error that I need a user name, but the window disappears immediately afterwards. Pressing in login again shows the window, but it disappears immediately again.
- more reloading and trying, at some point it works?
