Legend Tier: Silent context payload drop during private mature campaign (ACE / Franz 2.0 failing to retrieve Lore, Entities, and Memories)

I am currently on the Legend Tier ($50/mo) and running a private, mature-themed campaign. The Automatic Context Management (ACE) engine is experiencing a complete, silent mechanical failure. It is entirely failing to retrieve all data types—including World Lore, Entity sheets, and long-term Memories—even when relevant keywords or direct text prompts should trigger them.

Because this is a private world, these elements are explicitly permitted under the Friends & Fables guidelines. However, the system is completely unplayable due to what appears to be a silent API payload drop.

Technical Symptoms Observed:

• Total Context Amnesia: Despite having relevant World Lore and Entity data, Franz 2.0 acts with zero awareness of background context during mature or dark fantasy scenarios.

• Silent Dropping over Refusals: The engine does not throw a standard model refusal text. Instead, the automated vector search appears to package the data, trigger an upstream safety filter (likely via the foundation model's API layer due to the heavy 12,500-character Legend payload), and silently discard the context block to prevent a hard crash.

• Manual Override Inefficiencies: While @ mentions force entities, the core automated retrieval architecture for Memories and Lore is entirely broken for this campaign, rendering the primary feature of my paid tier useless.

Requested Actions:

1. Please review my campaign logs and Event IDs to identify the exact point where the semantic vector search is discarding the payload blocks.

2. Provide a workaround or backend adjustment that prevents the ACE pipeline from stripping my private Lore, Entities, and Memories when processing mature themes.

3. If the engine’s architecture fundamentally cannot support automated context tracking for private mature campaigns despite the stated guidelines, I would like to discuss a billing adjustment for my Legend subscription.
