Item Category is Broken

Whenever I get a custom item from Franz and go to edit it, when I click Submit, the Category list is always empty but is a red required field. It should be filled in by default with the thing that it really upon creation. I usually have to pick something that it isn’t from the list to move on. For example, here I received a sketch but scroll is the closest thing, so I save it as scroll just to get it to move on.
