Is it possible to conglomerate memories?

Lets say I finish a quest where I slayed a necromancer, took the loot of his spelltome, and saved an encaged minotaur. Couldnt that quest be made into a single memory if asked to summarize the quest? Just a shame when i play for a long time and past events get retconned out of the blue
