Inventory won't refresh

My items keep dissapeaing I usually just scroll down and refresh the inventory and all my Items show up once again. But now every time I get an item one of the old ones is deleted to make room my carrying Capacity isn't even full. I would just add the item back to my inventory just when I do it just replaces another item or fails to update
