Inputting negative coordinates requires number to be entered first

Just a minor issue, annoying more than anything, but the input sanitization for coordinate fields doesn’t allow a negative sign to be entered first before a number. A number needs to be put in, and then the negative sign before it. It makes putting them in quickly harder.
