Improve Franz tracking of 5e ruleset

Currently Franz only focuses on narrating but doesn't integrate very well conditions like hastened, asleep or prone in his narrations. Neither does other rules, in and out of combat. For example: you can cast Sleep on an enemy and effectively put them to sleep, but if you do damage to the enemy, the sleep condition doesn't end.

If you make an attack roll, most of the time Franz will call it a hit as long as you roll above 10; saving throws are always made with Dex. Enemies don't roll for damage, and your companions or other NPCs do flashy things but doesn't have much impact on the narrative. You have to do almost all the action unless you force Franz to actually do the DM part, and thus you always win.

I know this is an LLM problem, but there should be more improvements into the importance of the ruleset when you play a campaign, and not being overly reliant on RP
