If an Editor to a world makes a change in the settings, it puts the world in their workshop and removes from the owners workshop

I made a world and vichaps/Rathatri was helping me so I made them an editor and made the world unlisted. Rathatri made a change to the settings and it got removed from my workshop since it’s unlisted and put it in theirs. It also changed the name under the world name to Rathatri instead of mine. After getting the link to see the world, it still showed me as the owner when I clicked on the Share icon but didn’t return to my workshop till I made a small edit to the settings.
