ideas for crafting item cards and using them in-world

hello guys. so while I was making my world and started creating various objects and tools. I realized that the item cards are too rigid and can only be displayed in one way. but it is not able to handle possible changes during upgrades or appearance changes. I don't know how much it could be solved, but it would be nice to have a system for items and other cards that would allow multiple sub-tabs on a card to indicate changes. What I mean by this is that if for example I have a given object or even a building, there could be a starting base card, this would be the card currently in use, but at the same time there would be multiple sub-tabs that, when opened, could display the developed version of the given object or building, vehicle, whatever, including its appearance.It should not be mandatory for players to make improvements, but when crafting an item, if the player who creates the item, say, makes a sword in the creator, there should be an option to display an initial simple sword with basic statistics on the card, but it is also possible to display it with one or more improvements, for example, if someone puts a lightning improvement on a basic sword at a blacksmith, then the basic sword would change to the values โ€‹โ€‹and appearance given in the improvement.So it's like flipping a card to the developed tab and from there the appearance and statistics on the developed tab would be displayed in the game.Likewise with buildings, if the player develops and renovates a ruined building, if the given building creates this opportunity when creating it, then the ruined building becomes a renovated building, with the given expansions.These expansions and improvements would not be random for all buildings, vehicles, or objects in the game, but for cards specifically invented and created by players, so only for buildings and objects that have the given improvement on their cards. However, Franz could automatically manage and take into account the cards within the game.However, Franz would have the option to automatically handle the cards within the game, and would take into account the changes on the given card. That is, if the player interacts with a ruined building and says that he is renovating it and, say, expanding it with a room or floor. or in the case of objects, with a given development. then Franz would take this into account, and would already take the developed version into account when reading the card.Of course, only if development exists and is available for the given thing or object.
