NPCs lack integrity and loyalty in interactions

There are lots of ways to brow beat or manipulate NPCs

But it’s annoying when a character should slap you but instead succumbs to your lack of charm.

Worse yet, if a woman professes undying love to your character. and now that you can play as another NPC on the fly, it’s apparent that she will then let another man take her while your first character is out buying milk

The npcs are obeying the player not the characters they profess to have loyalty to

Cool in a way. But annoying knowing that their words are only good until you turn your back
