Frustrated With Franz

I left Friends & Fables for quite some time due to my previous frustration with Franz. Constantly messing up. I understand it’s AI, but a service that is paid for. I come back, pay for a subscription again, just to be completely unsatisfied with Franz’s constant mistakes. I correct him, and he states that he added it to memory block to avoid from happening again, and then it happens again. Making me attack with a great axe when I have a sword. Making the party attack spiders, when yet me as the party leader demanded everyone attack the casters first. Says he’ll make the next NPC attack a caster, and then makes them attack a spider again. Keeps an enemy alive when yet they should be dead, and have to correct him again. I am almost spending more time correcting Franz than actually playing the game. Not happy. If Franz doesn’t get fixed, I may quit Friend & Fables altogether and ask for a refund.
