Franz won't generate armor like he does weapons and other items

I tell Franz to generate a weapon or book and he does so just fine even adding it to inventory. When I request the same for armor he will generate a description and say I have it in my inventory now, but it's not there. This bug has really put a damper on immersion and it's present in each world I join. Will post browser if as soon as I figure out how to access browser for URL while I'm in game (I use app on smartphone) Here's a screen shot of interaction with weapon vs armor
