Franz use of player action vs npc action.

I normally just roll with it. But as of the last update franz keeps taking control of my character and speaking for it and taking actions well beyond what I'm trying to do. For example just now my character took food to the inn room. Franz took that then had my character take like 6 actions for me. Franz has been eager to use and speak for my character but is remiss to do the same for the npcs. I'll get 4 -6 or more paragraphs for my characters actions but then maybe a half paragraph for the other characters I'm not controlling.
