Franz unable to narrate

Hey guys - I’m having another issue with Franz getting stuck and being unable to progress. I submitted something similar before, but that got fixed. Except now, if I try to say anything at all, no matter if it’s dialogue, inner thoughts, spell casting, OOC stuff, or my own actions - it errors out immediately. Not sure what’s causing it this time.
