Franz Text to Speech

Having an AI DM is awesome, but that means a lot of reading, and we lose the ability to listen to our DM.

I think Franz should have a text to voice feature, that plays for all party members at the same time, triggering upon the ready up or submission of text (if solo)

This feature can be togglable if you have a designated reader.
