Franz refuses to research or read lore

In multiple worlds franz refuses to research, he jumps straight to “franz is typing” and compleatly refuses to research.

Automatic context management is enabled.

For some reason it seems like disabling quests and re-enabling them seems to temporarily fix the issue.

Besides that my theory is that it may be related to franz’s filter on mature content, because he seems to not like violent or adult content and refuses to read lore about war.
