Franz never does what is asked

I’m in a campaign that I started yesterday and almost everytime that I need to make a roll for anything there is no button. Franz tells me literally to roll at home and tell him what I rolled. That’s insane. Anyone could cheat. I repeatedly have given directions for Franz to set up a roll button anytime a roll is required. He never listens. Often I have to tell Franz 3-9 times to set up the roll before he does it.

He waste messsages by not listening and many times he has said “press the button below “ when there isn’t a set up roll displayed. Other times he claims I can roll via clicking character profile and finding the dice icon. Nevermind there’s no dice icon anywhere on any of the pages of character profile. He argues an Easter so many messages all the time
