Franz moves me to a common POI in a different city

Even though I specified I am entering the market plaza in @emberpit, and franz’s writing specifies I enter the market plaza in emberpit, it still sends me into the market plaza POI in Elaris. I expected Franz to create a new market plaza for emberpit
