Franz lost memory of campaign and characters again

Franz has again lost all memories of the campaign, the plot, the characters everything. He is unable to answer me who the characters in the party are. He remembers nothing. He loops the entries and goes back to previous entries randomly. I cannot play. I cannot proceed.
