franz keeps forgetting that a character is not an NPC

recently, a friend of ours joined a campaign mid-combat. we asked franz to introduce them to us but instead created a new character. we somehow clarified this with franz but it seems like every so often he’d go on his own dialogue about this new character as if they’re an NPC.
