“Franz is typing” goes on forever

Whenever I submit my responses to Franz he consistently takes several to up to around 10 minutes to respond, I’ve yet to wait long enough to actually even get a response back from him as the message below doesn’t even change from “Franz is typing”, so I exit and reopen the Fables App to reopen my campaign or just exit and reopen my campaign. I then select the “retry” button but even that sometimes also takes forever to respond as well or just errors out. The only way I’ve been able to get responses back from Franz is to repeat the process above until the “retry” button actually yields a response and once Franz does respond he usually continues working just fine but after some minutes he goes back to taking forever to respond. This problem also happens sometimes when I ask for rewrites as well. Sometimes whenever I finally get a response back from Franz after I press “retry” he gives me two responses back, as if the one from before that never finished finally did, but this only happens sometimes.
