Franz is no longer working

I now always have to retry to get a response from Franz, as I have to close & reopen the app or site and then hit retry and even then it only works half the time as it will just say “Franz is typing” forever it seems. And even when I get a response they are half the time either filled with spammed adjectives or Franz is literally talking about anything else like him all of a sudden narrating a car magazine or Christian radio. I’m using the most advanced premium model as well which means I’m wasting a lot of money with how many times I have to retry for even a response that makes any literal sense. I have submitted for many but reports but it seems they’ve still not been responded to or potentially even looked at. Is support for Friends and Fables completely shut off cause if so I’m seriously considering canceling my legendary account upgrade as friends and fables as well as bug support was great before but it seems since you’ve announced craft Friends and Fables for some reason degrades more and more each day.
