Franz forgetting who the enemies are

during combat, Franz is controlling an NPC party member. They and My PC are fighting some other NPCs. Franz has the NPC on my side heal a nearly dead NPC we’re fighting! I had to tell Franz not to do that and to reverse the healing done to the enemy.
